Peterson,
Hope it runs and works for a long time. That is a lot of work to custom fit a big engine into that tractor. Looking forward to your progress too.

 Chris

You probably didn't have the brake pressure at 1800 psi either?
1800 psi can bring a JD 7810 to its knees.

"Can I borrow a tractor?" "Sure, take that one." Was the extent of my involvement in the operation.

Is the intercooler going to fit inside the hood? or are you going to put on an HD11 intake manifold?

Hood will be widened out. Haven't decided how yet. But engine will be pretty much the same as a N7 combine engine.

Peterson, That looks like factory.  Awesome job! Will it have a 7080 exhaust muffler sticking up out of the hood, along with a front vertical intake too? Or will you do a clean hood view, plumbing the exhaust over & up the right front corner of it's cab?

Thanks! It will either have a single 4 or 5 inch exhaust pipe. Everything will be packed under the hood for sure. 7080 air filter so no pre cleaner.

Thats nice, but the 516 takes up a tad bit more room under the hood than the 426. Im going to have a hard time routing the air intake and exhaust now.

Sorry about no update in a while. Been busy with other stuff. I've decided to make a turbo wedge adapter to go from the T6 flange to a T4 and use a different turbo. The original was blowing oil out so instead of rebuild it, I figured I'll upgrade it. Using the wedge adapter allowed me to have the turbo pushed in far enough to clear the stock hood width. So I won't have to widen the hood at all. WOO-HOO! other side is a different story though. Will be working on that later. Got new oil drain and feed lines made for turbo and new longer oil cooler hoses too. More to come!

Thanks! It was a pain... it's also a divided spacer too. Welding in the wedges and using the pencil grinder to smooth it all out on the inside was lots of fun!! Haha. So Idk about making another one though.... lol

Hey guys, sorry I havent updated this thread on the 7095. Cant find a good easy photo hosting site so I've been uploading to our farm Facebook page. Here's the link, Peterson Farms Facebook Page

Had her on the dyno awhile ago and she is putting a easy 255Hp out. Have ran her on the chopper all first crop and now starting second, all I can say is WOW so much more "Oomph" than the 426. Dont have to really worry about slugs of hay going in to fast anymore, just powers right through them. Before with either the 8070 or 8050 one would have to quickly shut off the head before it sucked it all into the cutter head and bogged the engine way down.
Cant wait to get her all painted up this winter and maybe take her to a show or two! It sure is awesome!

Here is just one of Tyler Peterson's awesome pictures of his 7095...
https://www.allischalmers.com/forum/uploads/242/Petersons_tractor_7095_small.jpg

Tyler, Did you get the noise taken care of or using ear plugs and muffs to deaden the headache causing drone? Don't see a muffler on it.

Hey thanks!! And yes I did get a muffler on it, well really in it. I took a 4 inch piece of pipe and drilled a lot of 1/2" holes in it and then welded that pipe inside the 5 inch pipe. You can buy the stack internal mufflers but I wasn't going to pay the couple hundred bucks for the 4 inch pipe with a bunch of holes in it. Lol, so I made my own. Took the drone right out of it, still is loud but nothing unbearable.

I gotta say though the 8000 series has grown on me as far as looks, I've always preferred the looks of the 7000 series. IMO that is what the 8000 series should look like. Great job!
