Not available aftermarket.  Steiners does sell restored original ones for around $90 each.  Massey 310/410 combines also used the exact same lights (except they were painted red).  IF you know someone who has one sitting in a fencerow, you could probably get them cheap.  I cleaned out the local wrecking yard a few years ago but not sure If I have any to spare yet.  I will let you know next week.
