Hello Friends.

Posting 3 pics of my HD16 fuel tank facing the inside of tractor. As I sand and get ready for prime, I have been curious of what the hard points or brackets are for on my fuel tank. They appear to be factory installed and was wondering what they were used for or what attachment was used on it. One of them which I don't show is all the way to the left side if your sitting on in the seat. I am going to use that for a rear flood light and it works perfect for that. Any ideas what these other brackets are for. The one in the middle has matching ends to each side of the fuel tank, almost like something could or did slide into it from above.

Just a curiosity so looking forward to any of your ideas.

My thanks.

Good idea on the fuel cap chain, that could make sense. The bracket in the middle and above the seat and battery box brackets is the one I sent oilfield like to figure. It’s above the seat brackets which stick out and in the middle and each side. Sorry the pic is too big but you can move right and left and up and see it clearly.

Thank you Coke.

Hey jerry. It’s all for seats backs or backrest if you whant. the 4 vertical angel pieces they steer the seat movement sideways. The 4 (green) horizontal it’s for the seat backs bolt on. The 2 piece horizontal is for the backrest slider hook. I have made a drawing for you and pic of the original seat. I have the 2 seats assembly left because I added 2 air suspend seats , and you can have them both if you want to.

Morten you nailed it. Thanks to both you and Coke. Thank you for the offer on the seat or seats my friend, however my charming wife made me new seat bottoms and Backs and the arm rest for the right side driver seat. Some before and after.

Hope you can tel the before and after shots. ;)

Thank you gentlemen, I have a nice chrome chain for that fuel cap Coke. Should add a little bling.
