i purchased an hd7 dozer the old man told me it was the first year of the hydralic blade setup. does anyone know what one of these wheigh it has a 12 wide blade on it. any help would be appreciated and it also has a winch on the back.

 The HD7 with big  blade and winch should be 11 t0ns .

thanks, i would say that probably about right. blade is 12 foot. i think way to big for dozer but it does alright in low gear.

 I had a HD5B with 9' blade , thought that was to wide also. Blades were long but not high back then. Now with the power angle, tilt, 6 way hyd a lot more material can be moved with lot less power.
