DOES ANY ONE KNOW IF THE BIG SQ,CASTED U SHAPE WEIGHT WITH 2 BOLT HOLES WILL FIT THE FRONT OF A 185 ? ALSO IS THERE A SPECIFIC NAME FOT THAT WEIGHT?

if it is the one im thinking of then yes it will.  starter weight or chin weight is what they are normally called.  can stack smaller slabs outward on also

170-early 175-180-185-190-190XT-200 and I think the 210-220 also used the same weight even tho the side frames were wider.

yes they narrowed the front hsg on 220 to accept the starter wt
