Have a new to me 190xt that the power director is weak. Tractor will drive but once a load is applied it will bring it to a stop in say 3rd gear but will keep going in 2nd. Also have to really Rev it up to get the loader to lift anything and seems to get worse the hotter the fluid gets. Have to Rev it up to get 3 point to lift implements as well. I'm assuming it's bypassing fluid but not sure where to start looking. Thanks

The power director runs off the steering section. You did not say which pump you have. 2 or 3 section.
You either need a pump rebuild or you have a suction issue.

Is your hydraulic oil filter dirty?
Have you checked the hydraulic oil level?

Could also be foot clutch slipping. Check peddle for free travel. Should have at least 2 inches. Sounds like you also have a weak pump                  MACK
