I am finally wiring up the fender lights but I can't figure out how to run the wire from the fender to the wiring box on the battery box
How were the original fender light wires ran |

In theory you should be able to drill it out since the replacement tube will have the correct critical ID passage size. Verify depth stop (I use a small block of wood as a stop not just masking tape for critical depth stop situations). .

the body is steel and all the jets are brass... and they all screw in... here is what they look like...

Don’t ruin the slot in the jet !
If boiling in soapy water doesn’t quite free them up,
Get a 1/4” hand impact driver to get them out. Amazon has one. Very important to know how to use the impact driver, though. Lightly tapping works best. Edited by Gatz in NE - 21 Oct 2022 at 1:48pm |

Some of the kits are just gaskets, but some "appear" to have more parts like shafts and jets for a complete rebuild......... Depends on what you got and what your needing..

Which brand carb???????? Marvel Schebler or Zenith ?? pretty sure you can buy adjustable main jets but any internal ones (other than needle and seat) maybe not.

One one of my other wd45s a rod that was connected to the foot clutch broke inside the rear axle I think any idea what that rod is

Dr. had the ALLIS numbers a couple pages back, and the Dealer you can buy from... Also can order On-Line if you dont have dealer close.
