We have an old Brock 24x7 drying bin that we bought used and "transplanted" to our farm. New seam sealant was bought/used and we don't have moisture infiltration on any bin sheets, but are getting worse and worse infiltration at the "crawl through door" and especially the plenum/floor flashing connection. I have caulked to the point of "doing more harm than good" with premium caulking products short of silicone(won't take paint).
Has anyone had success with any "flex seal" type of spray sealant ? Thanks

We've used flex seal tape on feed bins to patch holes and it works pretty good. Only problem we've had was we had it in the top of the cone right where the first 4,000 lbs of feed hits when it comes out of the auger on the trailer. After filling it 15 to 20 times the feed knocked the tape loose and the next morning there was about 800 lbs on the ground.

I've used it (tape) to seal tents and a window so far, it hasn't been very long to see if it holds good yet.

Make sure the surface is clean, clean, clean, and clean, and dry before you put it on

I used the spray on stuff on EXACTLY the same situation as you FREEDGUY. I didn't use it heavy enough I guess, I slowed down the "issue", but haven't stopped it yet.

I bought 2 gallons of it to redo the roofvon the ferd bus. Before I gots it done, I joined a Winnebago website. There is not 1 good word about sealing up motor home roofs. In gonna use it next spring on that roof and see what happens.
