I picked up a new to me D15 II that had one of the new tires mounted backwards, to get it to run the right direction they mounted the whole wheel rim and tire on in reverse! This caused the eccentric locks to be on the inside and not accessible. My question is after taking everything off and pounding out the froze up eccentric bolts can I just remount the wheel center on the other of the rails? I know it will put the valve stem on the inside but I can live with that. the rails look the same from both sides. I'm hoping I don't have to turn the tire on the rim by doing this.
