Would anyone know the belt sizes for a b110 with a 42 inch deck? And the drive belt for the transmission?

Drive is 5/8x42 assuming the standard 6" pulley.  Mule drive for the deck is 1/2x35".  Cross drive from the PTO to the deck is 1/2x44.  Arbor drive under the covers is 1/2x82.
