What seals the dipstick tube to the block? It appears to be some type of grommet? Mine is loose and looking to fix it. I don't see anything in the parts book.

Take a center punch and make some divots around it, so it looks like a golf ball. Clean with brake kleen and then red loctite. Let it cure.
