What do I need to do to replace the O rings and wiper seal on the hydraulic control valves? I have every thing removed, but don't know how to proceed. Thanks.

It best to replace ALL the O rings in valve body while you are at it. AGCO sells a kit. Best thing to do is take the whole valve body off. You need to take the cap off the back first and pull the spool shaft out. From there, you can replace all the O rings. Did it on my 175 and 190XT. Getting the valve body off is the hardest part.
