Click on above:  I installed one of these aluminum radiators in my WC. Love it, no regrets. I did make some modifications to the radiator mounting. I did not bolt the radiator to the radiator shell and the engine cover. I threaded 2 short studs in the bottom radiator mounts just to keep the radiator properly located. I put 3/8" thick rubber pads between the radiator and the frame of my WC. I used springs to hold the radiator down against the frame instead of bolting it down with 1/2" bolts as was done originally. The top of the radiator is held in place with the upper hose cut to an accurate length. All this was done to isolate damaging vibration from the radiator. My brand new original style brass/copper radiator was mounted as originally intended by AC which cracked and started leaking 4 times over 15 years of use. I had a local reputable radiator shop fix the radiator twice and I fixed it twice. I got real sick of repairing that thing. The first sign of problems was the 4 triangular panels that act as a fan shroud, would crack at the solder connections between the panels and the engine side of the radiator. My present well built Aluminum Radiator with vibration isolation as described above has been in use now for 3 years with no issues so far. I'm convinced the original rigid mounting was the culprit. I gave the brass/copper unit away to a guy with another WC. He said he could fix it. I said "Good Luck". I was glad to get rid of it.

   I did once get one of the Aluminum B,C, CA radiators and the grill shroud would not fit over the radiator.

Google radiator repair in your area.  Only the the tanks and frame get reused.  Everything else gets replaced.  A good shop can fix the tanks too
