| While changing oil on my new to me 7060 I discovered the plastic part that you snap onto the filter has a piece broken from around the bolt hole, not a very big piece missing but still broken. Not sure I need to get another but I thought I would ask if anybody has one of these in good shape they would part with? |

| The more I look at it it looks like to me the only purpose for the piece is to guide the bolt, why not go ahead and remove the rest of the broken piece so it doesn't break off more and take my time when installing the canister? |

Might of found one. I have this tractor apart draining all the oil and filters and screen out. Had to order one more of those thick rubber seals for the large tubes going toward the belly filters since oil out and they are weeping. Just want to put it together correctly and be done. |

Sounds about right, ha! I am lucky that I can look up the part I need 99.9% of the time, and the other .1% of the time, I ask my dealer and the owner just knows off the top of his head that "oh yeah it subbed to this part number back in the 1980 but that didn't get into the online catalog" or something similar. | All the broken piece does is guide the long draw bolt to the threaded hole in the base. However, anything that breaks off in that area, winds up going into the PST valve unfiltered. So, break it off clean or get a new one. I thought AGCO didn't have them anymore ?? |

| When I saw the damage I suspect someone dropped the filter into the canister and chucked that piece off, I hope they caught it, I cant see or feel anything. I was ready to dremmel it out and thought it centered the top or muck up the sensor so like I say cry once. |

My dealer is fantastic, had all filters and seals and gasket in stock and gives 10% for not using visa. I found this part # and called Mark again and got another person,I asked 3 times and got nope. I only talk to Mark from now on. Who is your dealer? |
