Hi there Will this seal http://https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/274373696917" rel="nofollow - http://https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/274373696917 fit my 1969 AC 220? IT has the 3500 engine. The parts catalogue I have shows different numbers. Thanks for any help. Fred

| Not sure how a 220- 426 engine is , but 301,s have 2 cork like gaskets in the engine adapter plate that get hard over time and can leak- thinking you have a rear main leaking |

| It's probably OK, but the newest p/n is 74062088 and they list that newer seal in the advertising. Buy that one. |

| Buy from AGCO dealer and ask if you can rent/borrow the install tool. Hopefully he was Allis before. |

Thanks for the replies. The catch is being in England I'm not sure the AGCO dealers here would be able to help much as these tractors were never sold here but it is worth a shot! I have attached some pictures anyhow. Was thinking about the clutch, its not excessively worn but tempted to replace it or get it renewed while in there.

| With the rear plate off the engine, no special tool is really needed. Just use a plate large enough OD and press the seal in from the rear until it is flush with the front face of the rear engine plate. Press the wear sleeve on till flush on the flywheel using some sort of loctite to seal it to the flywheel. |
