When posting ads, I put on the bottom line of ad ,'please reply with phone number'. ALL those without a number, I do NOT reply to. So far 83 people have replied to my D-14s/implements ad on Kijiji , only ONE has replied with his phone number.

Well, this is timely. Had a P.M. from him this morning myself. I'm looking for D-17 fenders for a friend, he just happens to have some. I was pretty sure it was a scam from previous discussions, will not be contacting said P.O.S.

For some reason this has been going on a lot. I got 2 responses when I posted for a spacer for a 82S mower. Both requesting me to send a message to another persons email. No doubt it was a scam and I have yet to figure out why these people do it. If you looked at their profile they had just joined the site. Thankfully Ryan had responded first and was legitimate. I recognized him from previous post over the years and got the part I was looking for. Be careful when buying, make sure they are legit before offering payment.

Whenever someone wants you to email someone else it generally turns out to be a scam. I've had a few like that that went in circles and the person never had correct responses to questions and also had irrelevant comments. which led me to do a check on anyone unknown responding with a PM to any of my posts. New members and low post counts are suspicious. After ignoring a few messages from someone sending the PM, they've gone away.

If it was fun to pull in LOW gear, I could have a John Deere.
Real pullers don't have speed limits. If you can't make it GO... make it SHINY |

I posted a wanted add for a 3 point roto tiller. I recieved a response from bobwhite 7082. He wants me to email chrissteve364@gmail.com. I can't get either of those to work.
Wondering if they are scams. |
