Subject: Event Posting "Subject" Format guidelines

Please try to follow the format below for the title of your post when adding Events to the Calendar.
Also, please enter ONLY the dates of the actual Event, so that members can see when shows, meetings, plow days, etc are actually occuring.
 
Please start your Post Subject with the capitalized  state, province or country abbreviation, followed by a comma (,), then the nearest town to the Event. This allows the members to quickly see on the Calendar where the various events are located. It also allows sorting and searching by location.
 
Example below:
 
WI, West Allis - ..... event name goes here ......
 
The moderators do come through every so often and "clean up", but if you follow the format above, it will reduce the effort required.
