Hello all,

I recently acquired a AC 653 dozer. It has a model 400 winch mounted on the back, but no controls for the winch. Any suggestions on what I might need to do to get that winch going? I assume that it either has a manual or hydraulically actuated control set up, but I have no idea how it would plumb in, etc. Any suggestions on ways I could rig it up in a cost effective fashion?
