Manuals are available for these.  And when I mention names I'm not on what we call a "spotters fee"
 
I got a parts manual and a service fee in Australia that came from Jemsales via a bookstore here.  The parts manual you need for a blower engine grader is AC-P-45 M GDR.  I've actually got a spare as I later was given a genuine Allis one which seems ro be the same.  The "45" ones with 10000 engines are different some - I've got one of these for Australian production as well.
 
Jensales also have a service manual AC-S-45MG, which covers the grader (more or less) but is only has fuel system, head bolt torque and valve clearances and the supercharger for the engine.  For the rest of the engine you need a HD 11 manual.  The ADS 516 engine in the grader basicly (as I've found so far) the same but has a much larger front camshaft bearing, which causes differences in that area.  And the ADS is 1600 rpm v/s the dozer around 1800.  And Allis played with dozer injection pumps (9 or 10 mm plunger, 28 or 32 degree advance).  The ADs is 10mm and 28 degrees.  The pump we have is a ? as the head number is damaged, the spec plate says HD 11, it won't start without just a small squirt of ether - I put up a post and didn't get any solutions.  Didn't get told I was sinning either, so for our use ether it is.

Gday Ian , when the american bosch feul pumps get worn they don't make enough pressure to open injectors at low revs , so having good batteries and starter helps spin them over faster and hold throttle wide open will usually start them on a warm day , otherwise use ether as you said , I have looked into the american bosch pumps and parts are hard to get but a bloke at a fuel pump service near me said a pump of an international engine could be fitted same brand but parts are still available

I've heard of this via another source, but he hasn't come up with a model.  This bloke has relatives in importing and talks about a pump (presumably second hand) and adapters to Allis for around $600.  Sounds like the IH tractor must be in about every second barn in US.
 
Do you have any idea of the pump model, or even the IH model?  I'm guessing it will be one of those where the injection pipe fittings are splayed out?
 
One of the responses I got to my querie was a listing of heads (1976  IIRC) - unfortunately scanned so only searchable by Mk 1 Eyeball.  It does show that there is a plug so you can use later oil-less heads on oiler type bodies.  I haven't gone back for more study as yet.
 
Ours just needs a whiff of ether (hot or cold) and then idles fine when a bit warm.  I've found that I can advance the throttle to a point where I get plenty of power.  Any further throttle advance doesn't seem to add to power but adds heaps of black smoke and ups fuel use amazingly.  So I reckon it is over-fueling and will adapt the throttle stop accordingly.  I've found where they adjust for things like this in the pump but have no info on how so will leave it.

G'day Ian , there is a brand new pump on ebay in the usa that should fit your engine if you type in american bosch you should find it I bought a new one for my HD11 off that bloke and was no worries ,the one on there runs at 600rpm to 2000rpm i think yours will prob be 600 to 1800rpm  if you ask him he will able to mach that one or will find one for your engine, see how you go

The ADS 516 is 1600 rpm.  Original pump was PSB 6 100EH.
 
I'll have a look.
 
I also put a query on what the IH pump might be at Red Power - no answers as yet.
