When were thre AC 3pt blades blt?. and was there only one model of blade that AC blt. i have one SC. and one 3pt. both are the same basic blade only diferent hitches.Thay are the (Oxnard blades).

Tom the blades changed a bit over the years, but basically the only difference between the snap coupler and 3 point versions was the hitch.  I have an Oxnard book that shows the verious changes from start to finish.  Michael

They built a newer version of the 3pt blade but it was lighter and you had to use the 3pt arms on the tractor to tilt it as there wasnt a wheel on it ,and the rear moldboard tilt was done with straps instead of scews

Here is a picture of my A-C 86 rear blade (6' model).  This is one of the later model A-C rear blades.  It is a heavy built Category-II blade, but I changed out the pins to Category-I in order to use it on my D12.

 I have a blade just like that  I got with a D15 series II its a 3 point. Thanks for the pic of the literature, always wandered what the number was for it.
