Guys - Do you know of any vendors that sell the fiber gasket that goes between the steering clutch cover and the final drive housing.

Also, inside the steering clutch housing there is a little 1/4 pipe with a cap on it.  It is plumb vertical then turns 90 degrees and is terminated into the final drive.  Is this assembly intended to be an oil port for the bearings?   Orangeman

That line is a oil feed to the clutch bearing , it is a felt wick that is suppose to pick up oil from ring and pinion case and transfer it to bearing .
Best thing to do with that is remove the hose from case and install pipe plug, then route hose to outside case and install a grease nipple so as gun grease can be used for bearing lube.
For the gasket for the clutch housing, make your own from cereal box, or put a bead of silicone on tractor housing , let it dry , then install cover on top of bead.If drain hole in case is kept open no problems as moisture will drain through.
