Hi CaidAC:
I haven't ordered any, but here are a couple of web sites.  You'd have to call to find out what they have you could use?

Good Luck.   Keep us posted, what and where you find?

I have used the Fehr kits but I called them and had them make all the pieces (except head liner)out of one inch thick material they have it in stock and make the kits as they are ordered. This cost a little more but you will find it is much nicer than the normal half inch material. Good luck. rieg
