what all kind of fluids does a AC CA need like what kind of hydrolic and transmission ect and how much? just got tractor and dont know much about it and dont have manual yet,

Originally, the trans/differential used SAE 20W non-detergent.  It's important to use non-detergent as the foaming action of a detergent oil is not good for the hydraulics.  That said, it's sometimes hard to find SAE 20W non-detergent.
 
As Charlie posted, universal hydraulic fluid will work just as well.

All Hytran fluid has anti foaming agents in it. It does not foam.
