Give up a little more info. Has it had antifreeze in it for a long period of time. My B had been drained and that is the worst way to store a coolant system over winter. I ran some NAPA rad flush through it last year and got a little red out after running up to temp a couple times. I then ran it up to temp with a mix of water and Arm and Hammer washing soda and got a little more crud out. This spring I put a gallon of vinegar and a gallon of water in it, mowed for about an hour and drained it. It looked like orange tomato soup coming out and was pretty thick and chunky. I refilled with vinegar and water and will mow a couple more times and then drain and flush.
You could have crud in the system, a stuck thermostat, or a bad water pump.

Take the radiator cap off before you start it, as it warms up see if coolant is flowing. If not the thermostat isn't opening or the water pump isn't pumping.
