I've had this part for a while now, and obviously there are some pieces missing.  I may have a project for it, but want to be sure about what it is first.  Anyone know for sure?  I was thinking part of a snap-coupler/three point adapter, but it's different from those I'm familiar with.  Any help appreciated!

As far as I know, you are not missing any pieces.  I have one exactly like it.  From what I have been told it is a snap coupler to 3 point adaptor for a 3 point semi mount plow.
Here is a picture of my adaptors.  The one I have just like this is the back one.  I do not have a spot for the third arm on mine like yours does.

Hello! I've been looking to buy one of those but haven't had any luck so I might end up building one. Would either of you men be interested in taking some measurements for me?

Thanks for the info!  I was only familiar with the type in the foreground of your picture.  Glad to hear there isn't anything missing.  It sure is built heavy!

John, I believe what you have is a Snap Couple hitch off of some heavy piece of equipment that someone weld a top link bracket to. I have the same hitch as Wil shows in back.
I measured mine to try and attach it to a 3 point bush hog but it is too wide and would need something added to work on a 3 point implement.

We bought a rear mounted row crop cultivator  to put on our 19 with SC.  It came with the hitch adapter shown above.  When we traded for the 190, we took off the SC adapter to use the cultivator on the three point 190.  In fact it is the just about the only item  bought new, in the day, we still have.
