Hi-Has any one found a place to get bearings and seals in order to rebuild a water pump? The one I want to rebuild is on an Allis B tractor.
Thanks in advance
Terry

You're much better off buying a new one and installing it. Much better chance of not having to go back later to do the job over again with the old pump. We have new pumps in stock if interested..

I would 2nd Steve's opinion. Last time I did one (20 yrs ago) the parts were 2/3 the cost of a remanufactured one....and it was a real PIA to rebuild....and it leaked when I was done. Save yourself some grief (unless you have the tools and experience) and purchase new or remanufactured ones. Several of the vendors who advertise here (Tony C, Jim D, Steve, etc) all can help.....and they are great to work with.

+3 on a new pump, save the aggravation and spend a few dollars more for a solution that fixes the problem.

New pump is simple way to go, can rehab your pump with seals and bearings, Minn Par, maybe Norms, and Hill Martin Corp.
615 had a leaking water pump, bought the seals and bearings, pressed old one off, put new in place and mounted up the seals, no problems.

Beena while, but last time I priced kits, it was cheaper to slap a new one on. Not to mention that the last one I tried had such a worn shaft that we bailed and ended up with a new pump anyway.
