tranny pops out of gear in 2cd and 3rd gear when it is under a load or at high rpms only happens in low range am i going to have to get the tranny rebuilt or is there another solution

No quick fix. Tear it down.

There is no reason why the trans. only jumps out of gear when PD is in Lo. Or are you saying the PD jumps out in Lo side? MACK
