IS there an adjustment on a c.a. to control the hydrolics while plowing? In the past, when i would hit a hard spot in the soil, the plows would lift up a little on there own. Kinda like a traction booster. Now for some reason, the plows seem to want lift up all the time. Causing a terrible jerking to the tractor. If anybody has any suggestions, i would really appreciate your info. Thanks for your time.

there are several adjustments that need to be made to the pump to have the traction booster work properly. Once you drop the plow, if you pull the lever part way up the traction booster should work. If you pull it up too far the plow will lift too much. The original battery box had a decal showing the positions of the screws on the pump. You want to set it up for "Drawbar control". Turn screw "A" out until it is free from the body( on short lever) turn "B" into body separating plates,( on the control lever at top of pump) turn "D" out as far as possible( located on the front of pump) screw "C" (on top of the body) may be in any position, but best to turn it out against the stop.
