My fuel pump leaks diesel somewhere where one of the back fuel lines connect to it, I know my Uncle said that he always had a hard time in the block side of the pump getting the copper O rings in place and getting it tightned and seated right. Does anyone have any idea's, could you use a rubber O ring in place of the copper one's and where could I get a set of six copper/rubber O rings? Thanks

dont use rubber! I use the black or gray colored metal ones they seem to hold better than copper. Napa should have them. Or most ag equipment dealers should have them roosa master pumps were used on everything. Make sure all your fuel line hold down brackets are on if not they will just work loose again. You can use a magnet on the metal washers too.

Do you or anyone know what size washers they take? The only fuel line thats leaking/spraying a mist on the fuel pump is the pain in the neck that is closest to the engine block that is hard to get a wrench on, so I am looking to only fix that one fuel line with a new washer I'm hopping.

DON'T use copper. Use the correct washer. Copper or a thiner washer will let the bolt screw in too far. When it does it will seize the pump head.   MACK

Do you happen to know what size the bolt is so I can get the right washer to get the job done so it will stop leaking? I don't want to pull it apart till I have the right parts. Thanks

They are special washers for injector pumps only. I think theres only one size 3/8 i believe.

If you don't have access to an injector repair place close by then find your local Deere dealer. Lots of their engines used Rossa-Master pumps so they should have the correct washers and banjo bolts for these pumps. They all interchange on this style pump.

Yea, I can fix that.....
