I'll probably just dig into it but what do you guys think would cause it to not move into the lower position? I checked the linkage and cable to see if something is catching but nothing is. It will go into the raised position just fine. Doesn't matter if it's running or not. I suspect a broken spring that is caught up in the spool but have never been into one of these. Thanks.
