Here is a picture of my latest project. I bought a cab off of a 200 from Ilgleaner and mounted it on my 65' 190. Fits it like a charm. I do have to figure out why I have an opening on either side of the platform (right at the front of the platform) and why I have a gap on either side of fuel tank.

Don't worry about the gap Adam. Cut up a couple gallon vegtable cans, flatten em out and cut to size. Walla, no more gap. LOL ------------- When you find yourself in a hole,PUT DOWN THE SHOVEL!!! |

| There is a gap on either side of the fuel tank normally. How much are you talking about. Maybe 2" or so? at the front of the cab the floors might be different cuz of the battery box top on one side, not sure about the other. |

| The 200's had a filler plate that goes on the floor on both sides at the front. You are missing those. The gap at the back by the fuel tank had like a 2" piece of foam on each side to seal it up. I think the platform on the 190 series 3 was the same as the 200. |

There is a foam piece on either end of the fuel tank to fill the gap. I used some foam pipe insulation on my 200.
There are sheet metal closeouts that fills the front on the floor. They bolt to the cab ------------- 1970 190XT, 1973 200, 1962 D-19 Diesel, 1979 7010, 1957 WD45, 1950 WD, 1961 D17, Speed Patrol, D14, All crop 66 big bin, 180 diesel, 1970 170 diesel, FP80 forklift. Gleaner A |

I found where I had stashed the shields so now I need to get them put on. It is a bit louder than I had expected, course that could be due to the shields not being in place.

I might also note that there is a panel under the hood below the dash panel on the 200.

Cab was not hard to mount. It uses two braces that extend from bellhousing back to rear axle. Those mount first. Then the cab just sets on those. I borrowed a boom truck our company has to set it on there. I don't think that a loader would lift high enough. Joe, what does that shield look like (behind the dash)? I don't happen to have it and I noticed there seems to be a lot of noise from that area.

The cover is made of 2 sheet metal panels. They are called deflectors in the parts book
They attaches to the cross brace on the hood and to an angle part attached to the dash support brace.
In the agco parts book for the 200 under sheet metal, pg 126, item 13 and 14 and item 5 on page 118
