Well I forgot to check for antifreze in it last fall. The oil was murcky and had water. So I drained it and the radiater bottom and block side. then filled the radiator with water. Waterpump is cracked. and after it started to leak out the water came out of the oil pan drain plug.Drained the water back out of the side of the block and when it was almost done oily crap came out.
I know I need a water pump and at least a head gasket. Where else do I have to WORRY ABOUT ? The motor is a fresh rebuild with less that 10 pulls on it. Worst case sinario Do I need a block ?

First thing, check the core plugs (frost plugs) on the top of the head. Remove the valve cover and look at them. Many times people rebuild an engine and don't replace these only to find out a $3 item has messed up their engine. Even if they were replaced, freezing could unseat them enough to leak and the leaking water goes straight to the oil pan.
I don't know how you get oil crap in the water jacket unless it got in there the last time the engine ran.?????

Pray Tucker is right, after that, the only thing left is a cracked block or head, or enough damage to the cylinder liners to unseat the o-rings.

By god I got lucky. My son and a classmate of his Decided to take the hood a valve cover off to look. Frost plug was pushed up loose. Went into town to O'Rielys and got 2 new plugs $.73 each and back again for sealer I couldn't find at home. The Kids pulled a water pump off of another wd I have and we added coolant. NO LEAKS and Clean OIL. Thank you for the sugestions . My son and his friend will have the coolest Allis tractors at school.

I wouldn't say you're out of the woods yet... if it froze enough to knock those out, there's a good chance it cracked the block's 'skirt' on the left side, or broke the webbing inside the block around the base of the sleeves.  My WD's block had the latter, even with new frost plugs all the way around, it'd hold fine when cold, but once warm, it would blow coolant into the pan.  Proof is in the pudding... hopefully, your oilpan will not wind up being full of pudding...
