I don't recall seeing one with a hinge?

I believe Don Turner in AL. offers quite a few G sheetmetal parts along with a Battery box, but I don't think it was hindged. (?)

Don Turner does do something special so it's easier to remove the battery.

I fixed mine so the box comes off the tractor rather easy.

The front of the box has a hinge so it swings to the side. That way, you don't have to drop the box or take the fender off to take the battery out.
