so i took the top of the trans on the 190xt today just to see what was going on ion there. the tractor pops outa 3rd gear as i know they all seem to. ass i look at the shifter forks the 3rd gear fork is worn down to a 16th of an inch they are very thin. i know people say weld them up but steiners has them for sale for like $75 as i take it apart the 1 spring with the ball bearing, the spring is broken. would these 2 thing have anything to do with popin outa gear?

Very much.
I would be glad to find out it's there and not the gears.

Shift fork could only be part of the problem.  Weak bearings on the input shaft can make the shaft move around - this chews up the gears and causes gear jumping.  Just fixed mine.
