Found a plow as advertised, he says its been stored inside, on steel has a solid tail wheel. Have not seen it yet, assuming it would be field ready, what is a fair offer? I dont see too many of these sell around here. Any idea what model it could be?

Assuming you are refrencing a Allis Chalmers, If it has the coulters and nothing else is missing or broke, $200 would be about right. Model is hard to say without pictures or a better description, but the model #2 seems to be the most plentiful.
