I like rare things. I am curious of what things are rare on a model c Allis. I have seen a front loader, single front wheel, rear wheel weights. Is there any other things that I'm missing? Anyone ever see a d-17 series 4 high crop with a single front wheel and with a diesel?

Finding a early C with Handbrakes would be sorta rare. Cs on steel are pretty rare too. Not to many SFW Cs either. You don't see many restored Cs with underhood mufflers either. The A.S.A.E drawbar extention with support brackets used on both the B and the C are a nice accessory.

Yes they did.  I trucked one across MI for some folks.  Cute little thing, had cable lift with a trip bucket.  Worked good and seemed to be well built.  Tractor was narrow front and with the bucket empty it steered very easy for having manual steering.

Josh, just copy the link like you did to place it in your first post.  Then highlight whatever text in your post you want to make the link, then click the hyperlink button above the message box (earth with chainlinks).  That will open a new window, paste the link in the space to the left of the PREVIEW button.  Delete the http:// out of the link and be sure that same http:// appears in the box next to it.  Now click the PREVIEW box to be sure you got it right.  Then click OK.

I am really fond of the single front wheel models. I helped restore a D-17 Series 4 high crop diesel with a single front wheel with a guy. Talk about awesome! Anyone ever see one or heard of one? Did a single front wheel C also. Just want one of my own. LOL.
