other than alot of black smoke and no power, any other way to tell if i shucked my turbo?

Take the intake boot off and try to spin it. My 7060 did the same thing the other day. I put a drill on it and spun it for about 30 minutes spraying penetrating oil in it and it freed up and is working great again.

I sprayed both, the exhaust had a small drain hole in the bottom I was able to spray into.
