Yes to all the above. I always thought a WD was overkill for a belly mower but a lot of them have been set up with one. I think the CA makes a fine finish mower. several advertisers on this site sell a 3pt set up.

Here is a picture of my 1953 WD with a Woods L306 belly mower on it; a great mowing combo. I plan to install factory power steeing this summer.
 Here is a picture of my other mowing rig.
 I plan to take this mower off and install the factory snap coupler conversion on this 1939 B. I know it is too early a model technically, but its the only B I have. The L59 mower deck had all new bearings installed 2 summers ago and it has only mowed 1 summer since then.

If you have the hand lift you could still use the 3 point but if the mower deck is belted up, it would have to be running to raise the 3 pt. The PTO could be used also but you would have the same situation. If you have a mower on a WD you would have to remove the pulley from the PTO shat in order to use the PTO.
