I had the cylinders repacked a year ago.  I was told I'd need to peridically tighten them up until the material compresses.  The right one has stopped leaking but the left one seems to refuse to stop leaking.  It doesn't leak on the up stroke.  It seems to only leak at the point where the pressure is released (from hold).  Perhaps the bouncing implement pressure when in hold causes additional seepage around the piston?
