Well the tractor I bought off a member of this forum arrived on Thursday and I am already working on making it mine. He really made me a good deal and this machine is awesome! I have someone welding up a bracket for the front to hang some suitcase weights and I am thinking about removing the piece circled in blue that the hand crank engages to. I have the original handcrank still, but I am thinking having this mechanism is a moot point. How hard is it to remove this piece?  |

Here are some more pictures of my machine. I had to wash all the road salt off from the ride to PA. It wasn't easy in the cold weather. I then brought it inside to start setting it up for our farm. I decided to rub it down with some linseed oil. It really brings the old paint up a little. I will paint the engine to cover up the primer they put on when they rebuilt it.

| Just whack it off and leave 1/2" sticking out. You want the hole plugged to keep dirt out. |
