Is there any value in used Allis 7080 Pistons? Or scrap?

Like most things,in 10 or more years they might be scarce, i used to ring up and get liners and pistons for the allis 516 motor easily, but now its a different story. I keep the old parts just in case ,but i have plenty of room.😄

I know I will be looking for 1 big piston to make my burial urn but hopefully that is a few years yet.

Are the 7080 426 piston’s different from other 426s? If so, how?

Believe they are the small wrist pin and block mains did the piston cooling. The big pins were used in to 8000 series with rifle drilled rods for cooling. I could be wrong but don't think so....
