When first started it will not move in low.
In first gear low range with high held down it will pull along but it takes a few minutes to for high to actually lock in, once it will fully ingage in high I can shift
To higher gears and it will and work in high but still want move in low.
After 15 minutes or so it will start
Working in low . Will work normal the rest of day. I can apply brakes and load it down in low and high, clutches dont slip.

Where exactly are you checking the oil for the transmission ??

The transmission oil pressure light can be used to diagnose power director leakage, if it's working.

Well with it not working right I check it every time I use it try keep it close to or on full on dip stick under seat coming up through floor deck.
No indicator light does not work.

I rigged up a gauge into plug on top of valve.
Shows 170 psi when warmed up.
195 to 205 is normal according to tech manual I have.
Also noticed when it starts working in high before low works that low button is spongy after low starts working low button feels normal

Your gauge should be where you can see it. I think you are low on oil and the gauge would show that. Slide the seat clear back and look at both sides of the dipstick when checking. I'd probably add 2 gallons and see what happens.

Five or six years ago pulled cover off and cleaned was not clogged put fresh oil in new filter between left frame rail and engine.
I haven’t used it a lot in the last five years maybe 50 hr/yr. Probably done 120 hr over last five weeks.
