I’m trying to help out my neighbor with his 5425. He was pushing some brush around with it and he lost all movement. It will start and run and has all hyd functions including the loader. All the fluids are full. The neutral light will change from on to flash when you come on and off the seat and will come on and off changing position of the gear/park lever. The light goes out when you shift the electric “shuttle” into gear. If you release the clutch(seems to be only electronic) for about 5 seconds with everything shifted in to a gear and a direction the red gear light comes on with an alarm. I believe this is setting a trouble code but cannot find a procedure to read it. This tractor is open station and does not have the “roll” switch I keep finding online. I know you need to put a fuse into f9 on the fender fuse box to start diag mode but can’t seem to find a procedure for reading codes. Any help would be appreciated

Not very helpful, but from what I do know if any part of power transmission needs electricity. And he was pushing brush. Look for any exposed wire and make sure it is not unplugged or broken.

A little over 10 years ago I got involved with New Holland 45 hp TS something that was brand new. Was used several days in Oct, at Christmas owner called it had a dead battery. Got it started and turned around so battery was facing out so it could be jumper. In spring the owner wanted me to use it for job in his vineyard. Started right up when battery cable was attached. But I could not make it move. At first it was I made it move the first time I got on it, what am I not doing. Mice had eaten a wire or 2 . No juice no move. Several years latter pack rats got to it. No patching a wire or 2. They hauled it to the shop in town.

Good luck.

That was my first check. I haven’t found any wire damage to this point.
