Ian and I am finally finished with this year‘s haycrop we got about 2 1/2 cuttings so 50 acres we got third cutting the rest we got two cuttings. June was really wet and it never rained from. I don’t know 10th of July until now still hasn’t rained so second and third cutting was really really stunted and I guess we were lucky to get anything. We have about 11,500 altogether and now is the time I have to change may be nine tractors oil and filters and clean the air filters and pre cleaners, wash them and wax them and put them away. That’s whats on the agenda for the next week, tractors disc bine balers, rakes i,tedders, etc. I have bush hogged around the whole 250 acres then I trimmed everything with the sicklebar which is a mid mount D 17 I don’t know what the model is 82S (?) I thank each and everyone of you for your thoughts and prayers during my struggle to get back on my feet after having three strokes. I still have to have help getting on and off the tractors and I can’t quite walk without the walker yet, but I am improving every day it’s been seven months and it might take a year and a half I don’t know. I have had all three strokes affect my balance, so I’m quite often dizzy, especially riding in a car, but thank God it doesn’t bother me at all on the tractors. still when I looked behind me, I get double vision or no vision so I’ve been stalled suction cup mirrors on the windshields which I’m getting used to. Bottom line is every day is an improvement, no matter how my new again thank God and thank all of you guys. Captain Dana

Congratulations farm therapy is good. Glad you got the hay done one less thing to stress over. Now to get things cleaned up and put away at your own leisurely pace without having the pressure of fighting the weather. And get that hay sold.😊

Glad to hear of your great progress. Staying active in something you enjoy is probably some of the best therapy you will find. I know I always feel better working on, or driving my toys.

Glad to hear that you are improving. Tractor therapy is the best, especially if the tractor is orange. Praising God for His continued healing.
