Hello All, my 190 has sat too long waiting for the engine to be replaced. Therefore the left brake was locked as I was trying to tow it to the shop to start on the engine repair. I rocked it back and forth and it is really stuck bad. I did not take time to look it over. Hot as heck just parked it then rain last night. So question is, does a housing cover come off that will expose the band so I can free the band from the drum? The brakes were not applied while sitting all these years and the linkage is loose. Thanks for any suggestions.

4 bolts and a locater pin toward the back of the plate. That pin can hold pretty tight

Got it off and took the drum and balls out. I’ll tow it to the shop tomorrow. Thanks
