Several years ago for my 90 I had some bars made: Steel was cut and formed at work, and I then sent them out to a place we use at work for rubber lagging that cast 90-durometer urethane directly onto them to mimic the original rubber/steel bars. The price wasn't actually that bad, but I'm not really sure why I bothered with the urethane. I'm not doing any fancy/sensitive seed crops. For any of the cereal grains I'm doing, I could have just used plain steel bars (thicker than the original) and they would have worked just as good.

Any decent fab shop with a plasma table and brake press should be able to make the bars. And if you want to go whole-hog and do the urethane, there are lots of places that can do it. The place we use is 'Prothane' in Toronto, but any other urethane casting shop could do the same.

560Dennis had hit right, Tom Yaznowski at allcropharvester.com sells new reman cylinder bars for all crop combines. I purchased a set of 8 and they are exact replicas of the originals. They have a 1/2in rubber vulcanized facing, are the correct dimensions, and pre-drilled for the mounting bolts. These bars will fit any of the three All Crop pull type combines, 60,66 and 72. Contact Tom for price and such. On the concave bars, in July 2020 I was able to get a set ( 2 ) from AGCO under part numbers 70513658 ( bar ) and 70535533 ( rubber insert ) also 2 required. If AGCO no longer carries these, ask Tom. I've been told you can replace the shelling plate rubber with rubber from bale thrower belt on small square balers. In order to attach the rubber to the shelling plate you will need 27 split rivets just like the original used. Good luck.
