My black belly 7060 has one on it. I've been told that it came from the factory that way.
What are you doing up at one in the morning on the Allis forum? Don't you ever sleep?

N-5/6 combines always had that with a Roosa Master pump. The earliest black belly tractors did not have it, but it did eventually begin at a certain s/n with Roosa Master fuel systems.
