He must be on vacation.... Got warm weather of 38-42 degrees right now, which is unusual for this time of year.... ... that means he's not manning his 'pretty' machine... cuzz it rained all night last night and mist in the air today. Well, I just got an update on our Good Buddy,,,Ole Shameless,,,He gave me his phone when I went to go visit him but he made me promise to keep it buried 33 inches deep in a metal jar and sealed with roofing tar,,,,,   He tells me ha came down with issues with his lungs and been on a breathing machine for last two weeks,,and was in Hospital for two weeks before that. He's susspossed to go back to his Dr Monday. Lets all send him some Prayers for his quick recovery,,,,

Well,,,Friends and Neighbors,,,I just got thru talking with ole Shameless and they have moved him yesterday to a Heart Hospital in Lincoln, Nebraska. He says he feels better since they moved him from Blair to Lincoln HE but don't like all them tubes and cords and such,,,,, He said it scaird the chit out of him on the trip from Blair to Lincoln as the ambulance they moved him in did not have any "life Saving" equipment,,,except,,"Them Dang straps the EMT's used to tie him down,,,,, He did not know which hospital he's in,,Sp I'll try to find out tamorrow when I talk with Ms Dee. He said to tell everyone here ,,,MANY THANKS for the prayers and well wishes,,,!!! KEEP THEM PRAYERS COMING,,,!!!

Well, I did not get done what I wanted as I called ole Shameless this morning to get the infor and he did not answer his phone and his wife was not there either,,,, Then,,,my son showed up as his SUV had broke a tie rod end up in the mountains while Elk hunting,,so I got trailer ready and headed for the mountains,,,, I called him again about noon when I got where I had phone service up there,,still no answer!! I'll try him again tamorrow morning,,,,,,I'm keeping Positive thoughts about our Dear friend,,,,,,

Well, I just got an update on ole Shameless from DeeAnn. She says they took him in to Lincoln as there were NO rooms available in Omaha. Cause was A-Fib,,,? Dr told her they would most likely send him home "maybe" tamorrow,,,,!!! YEA!! He is still very weak and has just started to walk a little ,,,,,but rooms are at a premium in Nebraska at this time. If anyone wants to send a card his address is "Shameless Dude",,,C/O PO Box 222,,,,Blair, NE 68008 He told me to relay "Many Thanks" for all the concerns and ,,,and,,he would do his very best to get well quick and get the "machine" going as quick as possible since everyone was getting antsy about the lack of the "Pretty" ,,,,, Thanks for everything,,Guys.

OKAY,,,,a great update on the Snowmaker hisself,,,,,, He is still very weak but at least he got to go home Monday afternoon and his wife is taking great care of his needs. He tells me about all he can do is hobble from bed to the potty and back and THAT alone is great news from where he was just last week. He told me to relay his heartfelt THANKS for all the letters and cards and between him and DeAnn,,they will answer every one!!! Many "Thanks" to this GREAT bunch of guys,,,YA'll Are just the BEST,,,!!!

I guess I talked to Dale the same day Joe did. He sounded weak but said he thought he might survive. Not much to add to Joe's post except Mr. Shameless said he hoped to get back on the computer soon and check out what people have been saying about him... He also was amazed at how many people sent him cards, he has read them all and really appreciates it. As those of us who have met him, we know he is a pretty tough ole guy so I'm thinking he'll be back to "normal" soon.

OKAY,,GUYS,,,Ole Shameless is baCK HOME,,,,,, YET AGAIN! The Meat Wagon (His words) had to come pick him again and was in the middle of that big azzed snow storm last week and just got released yesterday,,,,!! He's still very weak and coughing a lot! He told me to "THANK" everyone that has concerns for him and will answer every one once he gets some better. | Joe, I been a wondering about our friend, glad you got through to him, sure miss him on here, guess the Missus or shall we say please Missus is getting that pretty machine on autopilot as we are supposed to get a small dose if it here in the morning but only 1 to 3 inches. That's hard to adjust after 60 degree temps the last couple days here in central Illinois. Thanks for keeping us all updated here and we'll continue to keep him, his wife and the hospital staff in our prayers, might be time to send a get we'll card that way again so he don't forget about us and know we're all pulling for him.
