i have a pto on the rear of my crawler, but i can't find the engagement lever. i figure its missing,whereabouts would the lever attach to the housing? also whats the rpm of the pto shaft?

My H3 PTO lever is at the inside of my left foot. More than likely the HD4 is different though. It should come off the torque tub somewhere.
