Hi, When I put the 4 wheel drive lever down It does not engage the fron wheels. Please HELP. Neil

Haven’t worked on the 4x4 5015, did you follow the lever to see where it goes to make sure you don’t see something that has come loose?

Yes. it seems to try and lock in but at the point of lock in it looks jammed.

jammed like the gears are not meshing ? ....Sometimes rolling slowly or bumping the clutch to rock the tractor will allow a gearbox to mesh. ( like a transmission).

The front drive shaft is driven via a sprocket and roller chain on the rear pinion shaft. The chain or keyway for the sprocket could be broken.
